The only confirmed drop for the Draconic Shield, afaik, is the Zchest.

I really wish one person from ANET would post something to clear up the confusion about where / where it does not drop on both the Draconic Shield and Celestial compass.

Too bad the drop rate on them is pretty high at the minute. Not a bad skin, nothing worth spending money on though.

i did rrgar SO many times and no bow

i was told that it drops in UW from the end-chest - it makes sence 'cos now fow and uw got 2 new weapons each - edge+shield in fow, blade+compass in uw...
